WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS
We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Are the prints signed?
Yes! All open-edition prints have my signature digitally printed into the bottom right of the image. Please contact the studio if you would like to order a custom "Limited Edition" print with my actual signature.
Why doesn't my print look like the website?
Your print won't look exactly the same as what you see on Instagram or our website. A backlit screen is much brighter than ambient light reflecting off of a printed artwork. This is why museums and art galleries have multiple lights pointing at photographs. For the closest rendition, I recommend hanging the prints in a well lit area of your home.
ARE THE PRINTS READY TO FRAME?
Yes, there are several options:
1) You can order just the print and mount and frame it yourself. Sometimes you will see "Just the Print - Borderless" which means there is not a mat or other border around the paper.
2) You can order the print and have it Gatorfoam mounted and finished off with a frame all in the same order.
3) If you choose the option of a Gatorfoam with mounting blocks no frame is needed! Your print will arrive ready to hang. There are two Gatorfoam blocks mounted to the back to hang the print and make it float ½” off the wall. Simple, modern, easy.
4.) Acrylic, Canvas, Metal and Wood prints arrive ready to hang!
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
All domestic prints -artworks are shipped flat and packaged very well to protect the print.
Standard shipping (domestic) starts at $5.99 and takes 3-7 days based on your location. There is also 2-Day shipping, Overnight and International shipping.

Shipping is very expensive for prints to Europe. Is there another option?
Yes, shipping to Europe from California is expensive and so we utilize a print lab in Germany named Whitewall where we can order a print, Have it delivered for less and faster! The product is slightly different so please contact the studio if you would like to order shipped within Europe.
What is your policy on Returns/Exchanges?
We strive to provide you with a very clear picture of what you will be getting, with the ability to zoom into images, and features like Wall Preview, and even Live Preview AR throughout this store website. So we have to insist that sales are final. Exceptions are made of course for any damage during shipping. Please keep all packaging and immediately contact the studio, and we will make arrangements for you to return the print for a replacement.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.

- Crate for Prints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS
Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for originals and limited editions is free within the continental United States. For international shipping, please contact us for a quote.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?
- We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.
Can I cancel my order?
All print sales are final.
